Active Mobility Physiotherapy has been serving clients out of the Undisputed Boxing gym in Calgary since 2018 and as of mid July in Strathmore. I see and treat a variety of clients from professional to amateur boxers, athletes and the general population. I pride myself in working alongside you as we create an individualized treatment plan based off of your goals. My goal is to help relieve pain, strengthen and restore mobility through various techniques like dry needling, acupuncture, therapeutic exercises and hands on work.

PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR ATHLETES
I have immersed myself in sports my whole life, most recently training in boxing. I believe this gives me an advantage as I know what it takes to train for a sport and how to maintain your body while training. A part of my caseload is working with boxers (amateur and professional) and other sport athletes.
